Introducing Quick Wins
Let's get some TODOs off of your list.
TL,DR;
- We can impact your team or project in a short amount of time.
- When we work with folks we tend to build trust quickly.
- Often, that leads to more work in the future.
- We want to make it easier for people to get a foot in the door of working with us by clearly defining what it is we can do quickly and effectively.
- Let’s create some Quick Wins for Design, Product, & Software
Historically, we’ve done an inadequate job of defining what we do and that’s still worked out for us. Over time we’ve built up demand through word of mouth, demonstrating through what we deliver, and our standing in the communities to which we belong. That has helped us to manage the ebbs and flows of project work. We realized we can do a better job of letting folks know how to get a foot in the door working with us.
Our goal is to help make our customers successful while at the same time enabling our team to maintain sustainable careers. We agree upfront to what we’re capable of, deliver on those things, and build trust as we go. When people have engaged with us they tend to either continue to work with us or to come back later.
We recently developed a small collection of Quick Wins that demonstrates some of the ways in which we can help out organizations large and small. There are projects that sit on the back burner simmering while folks rush forward with new business objectives or features. There are other opportunities that teams want to complete they just don’t have the right skill set or experience in house.
Do these Quick Wins describe everything we do? Nope. Not in the least. It’s an appetizer platter of how we might help in the short-term. Our ideal client projects allow us to create a cross-functional Tiger Team and deliver an entire project utilizing the skills that make up our team.
Those projects take some time to come together an in the meantime if you or your organization want to start knocking out some lingering todos, address some suddenly missing skillsets on your team, or bring in some additional experience let’s have a conversation.
If you’re looking for a team to help you discover the right thing to build and help you build it, get in touch.
