A clickable concept prototype & pitch deck

How Unifocal defined direction and a concrete vision for their product that helps construction businesses document, monitor, and meet inclusion goals. We helped them build an understanding of their customers’ needs, explored real-world scenarios with real users, designed a clickable concept prototype, refined their pitch, and explored possible directions for an MVP.

    Rapidly build a common understanding

In just a few hours we developed a shared understanding of the business context, the problems to solve, and what goals to keep in mind before jumping into prototype design.

    A "north star" design

Construction projects often have quotas, company goals, as well as local, state, and federal requirements they need to meet—all of which requires documentation and monitoring to meet DE&I criteria. We designed a clickable prototype to show how Unifocal would transform the current, manual process of analysis into a SaaS product that will automatically ingest inclusion data.

Mid-fidelity designs we created as a validation step before investing more time in high-fidelity mockups.

    Refined pitch deck

We applied Unifocal’s new brand to revamp the pitch deck so they’re investor ready. New slides introduced the prototype with real-world scenarios and concrete examples.
