Delightful Reveal #52
A weekly update on all things Flagrant
“Thanks for getting your brain juice on my code.”
What we did:
- Designed multiple lists feature for Curators
- Won a proposal to help a client improve their product management chops
- Hosted a user research watching party to revisit prior sessions in light of new research questions. Jotted down preliminary answers to these research questions, and surfaced a set of more-informed questions. Realized a need to expand our sample to include both tour operators and suppliers.
- Identified the solution hypotheses we want to test, and the user needs we’ll want to support
- Created a block diagram to think through a collaboratively maintained record
- Created a new importer for a client, for bulk data uploads
- Designed a prospectus document for RubyConf 2024
- Illustrated and designed a postcard for Blue Ridge Ruby to hand out at RailsConf in May
- Worked on edits to RailsConf signage
- Handed over swag designs for RailsConf in Detroit including a t-shirt, bag, name tag, and button designs.
- Designed admin/company-level settings for a client product
- Designed a concept to improve a product’s template making process
- Designed a new logo for a client product
- Spoke to people on three continents in six time zones preparing for an upcoming Madison+ Ruby announcement
- Refreshed and Rebuilt Training Trackers ‘Audit Log’ & and ‘Mass Email’ features within the redesign
- Formed a Board, so employees can help steer the company and advise on goals and strategy
- Hacked into trix editor for custom UI/UX
- Figured out how to add css files into an esbuild/postcss build from Rails app/components folder
