Delightful Reveal #31

A weekly update on all things Flagrant

We hosted a southern-themed potluck, delivered reports multiple times, and booked lodging for our Madison visitors. But what’s got us celebrating? Our new desk chair, funky little chive and cow pens, and sharing the magic of fantasy books with a thrilled seven-year-old listener before bed each night! 🎉

What we did:

  • Hosted a southern-themed potluck.
  • Delivered a usability test findings report, multiple times.
  • Planned and co-led a kickoff meeting for another epicycle’s worth of work focused on adoption.
  • 👶🏻 Invited our first customer to use the system in earnest (not just for usability testing) and to share feedback whenever they want. Scheduled a team agreements meeting.
  • Revisited and reworked our problem statement, reviewed the user stories we’ve written to date against the user needs we know about.
  • Spoke to a new potential client about building an identity integration for them.
  • Completed a beginner Figma course and started taking an Advanced Figma course.
  • Started on my first client project at Flagrant!
  • Caught up with our friends at Test Double.
  • Booked lodging for our Madison visitors.
  • Got a refresher on the Null Object Pattern due to a production issue.
