Delightful Reveal #13

A weekly update on all things Flagrant

Reminder that while you stare into ChatGPT, ChatGPT is also staring into you (i.e. collecting all the data you send to it).

What we did:

  • Kicked off another sprint/cycle with clients, prioritizing our roadmap and defining acceptance criteria
  • Worked with a development partner to get a data export from a customer database to seed a new product
  • Figured out how to apply a “border” to a Popper.js tooltip arrow
  • Wire up a prototype of the message compose wizard to find all the missing pieces of the flow and to show to developers the intention.
  • Published a new blog post on (Dis)Ability: Framing value both includes and excludes
  • Synthesized stakeholder interviews and met with one user (after sending invites to 40!), prepared a two-part problem statement workshop
  • Informal board meeting
  • Met with Shay Howe from ActiveCampaign
